Am I any good ?

Well, I have been providing dedicated mac support for over 10 years. Every single client of mine has stayed loyal and referred me to their friends and colleages. I do every job thoroughly, and will not let a Mac leave me until it is running as well as my own personal Mac at home. I go through your Mac settings and make sure every last detail is correct; ensuring that all media files will play properly, and that you can enjoy the full internet experience.

Upon collection, I will show you what has been done, and walk you through the system and all installed applications. I show you a few tips, and advise on the best and easiest way to achieve the tasks you commonly perform.  My intention is that you leave here happy, inspired and productive. I'll even make you a cup of tea whilst I polish the screen. And if you have any problems or queries afterwards, you can call me at no charge - if I can't resolve the issue over the phone, I will come to you and sort things out at your convenience.

From arrival to collection, I will repair within one week, but in most cases your mac will be ready for next day collection. You can drop in anytime between 8.00am to 7.30pm any day of the week  (but do call before at weekends) Parking is free and easy too, and if you've got kids, there's plenty of space and toys here to keep them happy whilst we look over your mac together.
